Reservations can be made on this website for:
- Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique –Tokyo Disneyland Hotel
- Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique –Tokyo Disneyland World Bazaar

Reservation Rules and Requests

So that as many Guests as possible can make a reservation, the following restrictions apply:

  • One reservation per child per day.
  • Up to three children per reservation per day.
  • Up to three reservations can be made with one credit card.
  • A second reservation for the same child cannot be made on the same day or within two days before or after the date of a reservation you have already made.
  • If a child is booked for more than one appointment on the same day, all reservations for that child may become invalid.

If you would like to make changes to the following, please cancel your reservation and make a new one:

  • salon
  • date
  • course
  • child's name
  • child's age

Reservations are subject to availability. You may not be able to reserve the same time or date after making changes to or canceling your original reservation.

Guests without Reservations

If there are openings on the day of visit, Guests without a reservation may also use this service.
For information on availability, please ask directly at the salon.

Guests with Reservations

Please tell the Cast Member the name and number of the reservation included in your email. Please show your confirmation email or a screenshot of the reservation information.

Age Restrictions

This service is available for children ages 3 to 11.

Reservation Period

Reservations are accepted from 9:00 a.m. one month before* to 8:59 p.m. the day before your visit.

  • *If the same day (for example, the 31st) does not exist in the month prior to your preferred date, reservations will be accepted starting on the following day (the 1st).

Website Access

  • 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • The website will not be available from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. due to system maintenance.
    This maintenance starts automatically. Any reservations that are not completed by 3:00 a.m. will be made invalid.

Payments

All courses require a deposit of 5,000 yen at the time of booking.
The deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation, with the remainder to be paid on your day of visit.
Notes:
- Your deposit will be deducted from the course fee, or used as a cancellation fee.
- Payment on the day of visit may be made by cash or credit card.

Receipts

If you require a receipt, please inform the Cast Member at the cashier.

Making Changes to your Reservation

Changes can may be made on this website up to 8:59 p.m. the day before your visit.
However, if you would like to make changes to the following, please cancel your reservation and make a new one:

  • salon
  • date
  • course
  • name or age of child

Reservations are subject to availability. You may not be able to reserve the same time or date after making changes to or canceling your original reservation.

Canceling your Reservation

You can cancel your reservation online up to 6:59 a.m. on the day of your visit by logging in to your My Booking page. To make a cancellation after that time, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets Support Desk. (Cast Members who speak English are not always available, but we can arrange to have someone who speaks English interpret via telephone.)
Notes:
- Deposits will not be returned for same day cancellations
- The registered account user for this website should call the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets Support Desk to make the cancellation.

Terms and Conditions

  • Information regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, etc., will be sent to your registered email address so be sure to confirm the details.
    If you do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation may not be completed. Please login to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique website and check your details on the My Booking page.
  • If there is nothing in the My Booking page, your reservation has not been completed.
  • Please be aware that your reservation will not be completed and you will be logged out if your screen is static for an extended length of time.
  • Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse or void your reservation for the following:
    Falsifying information in your user account or reservation.
    Repeatedly making and canceling reservations.
    Behavior that is considered to infringe upon or inhibit the facility or service.
    Transferring rights in part or whole associated with the reservation to a third party.
    Using this website directly or indirectly for profit (including making reservations for the purpose of selling).
    Any behavior that is or maybe contrary to law and order or to morality.
    Any other acts that are deemed inappropriate by the company
