About Purchasing Vacation Packages

You can reserve accommodation plans online that come complete with all sorts of fun extras, including stays at popular hotels in Tokyo Disney Resort, Park tickets during your stay, Attraction Tickets, and original goods only for Vacation Package guests.

  • *If you want to reserve multiple hotel rooms, you will need to register a representative for each room. Please note that same name cannot be used to book multiple rooms, and the name of the representative cannot be changed after booking has been completed.

Reservations Period

Reservations Close Date

Reservations are accepted up to 11:59 p.m. ten days before your check-in date (Japan time).

  • *The close date may differ depending on the plan or when you intend to use it.
  • *You cannot change the reservation details (increase the number of people, change the times, etc.) once the reservations application period had ended.

Purchasing Time Periods

From 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the following morning (Japan time)

  • *The system is shut down for maintenance between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Please note that the system shuts down automatically at 3:00 a.m. so if you are in the middle of any purchases or reservations, they will be lost.

Receiving Your Travel Itinerary and Package Kit

About a week before check-in date, your itinerary (final document) will be sent to the email address you registered in the itinerary.
Upon your arrival on your check-in date, please pick up the Package Kit, which contains your Park tickets and other items included in your Vacation Package at the hotel you are staying.
Please bring a copy of the email or the "Final document" that was sent to you a week before your check-in date, the passport of the representative of your party, or other documents that we can use to confirm your Reference Number.
Please remember to visit the pick-up location for your hotel as soon as you arrive at Tokyo Disney Resort, before entering Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.

Minimum Number in Your Party

■ Regarding package plans with a check-in date up to June 4, 2024 The minimum number of persons required to book a Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Package is two. Please make sure that there are at least two people, including one adult in your party when booking. (If you are booking accommodations for one adult with children ages 3 and under, then one of the children should be booked as a child [ages 4 and over] for bed use.)

■ Regarding package plans with a check-in date on or after June 5, 2024 The minimum number of persons required to book a Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Package is one adult (ages 18 and over).

  • *The minimum number of persons required for a booking may vary for some Vacation Packages.

Booking for Restaurants

Guests who have booked rooms at the Disney hotels through this website can make advance bookings for certain restaurants at Disney hotels and Parks. Booking as part of the Online Reservations Privileges can be made on this website until 8:59 p.m. the day before the check-in date of your Vacation Package. (Japan time)
Please note that restaurants that can be booked in advance as part of the guest benefits may vary depending on the hotel you booked. See here for details.

  • *Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request if the restaurant is fully booked, or for other reasons.
  • *Not warranted by the itinerary. Please pay the charges directly at the restaurant.
    If you are not able to use this site, you can make your bookings at the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk by 3:00 p.m. on the day before you use the guest benefits.(Japan time)
    To make an inquiry at Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk, you must be the person with the user ID that was used to book the Vacation Package, or the person whose name was registered as a representative of the reservation.

Consent Related to Accommodation of Minors

If every member of the party is a minor then we will need a parent to submit a consent form. Please download the “Consent Form for a Minor ” and present it to a Cast Member at the following facility.

Per your itinerary: 
If you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland on your first day, please present the form at Ticket Booths East.
If you are visiting Tokyo DisneySea on your first day, please present the form at Tokyo DisneySea Information.

  • *One form is required for each minor.

Limits on Guest Rooms and Number of Guests

The number of people who can stay in a guest room differs depending on the hotel and the room. Please check the room capacity before making your reservation.

  • *Please do not make multiple reservations just to secure a room. If this happens, you will see an error message and may be unable to proceed with your reservation.
  • *You may purchase up to three rooms for a single Vacation Package at any one time. If you require more than six rooms, please make a reservation for the extra rooms using a separate user ID.

Cancellation, Changes, and Additions to Purchased Package

About Cancellations

Please make any cancellations through this website. (If this website is not operating, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk.) Cancellation charges will be charged after the times shown below.

Cancellation Charges

 (in relation to Paragraph 1, Article 16 of the Travel Terms and Conditions)
Changes to the start date or to part of your itinerary to suit your own schedule will be treated as a cancellation of the entire Package, and the specified cancellation charges will be applied to the entire Package cost.

A. When canceling on or after the 20th day (or 10th day for day trips) counting back from the day before the start of the Package (not including cases falling under B. through E.) 20% of the Package cost

C. When canceling on the day before the start of the Package. 40% of the Package cost
D. When canceling on the day of the Package starting date (not including cases falling under E.) 50% of the Package cost
E. When canceling after the start of the Package or for a no-show. 100% of the Package cost
  • *Please note that times and dates for cancellation policies are based on Japan Standard Time.
  • *The " canceling after the start of the Package" in option E refers to cancellation after the close of Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea or cancellation following an entry to the park or hotel check-in.
  • *When canceling on the day of use, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk. To cancel after the business hours of Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk, please contact the hotel directly. The hotel’s contact information can be found in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you when you purchased the Package.
  • *If you have also made separate bookings for restaurants or other hotel guest benefits, these will also be canceled at the same time.
  • *To make an inquiry at Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations/Purchasing Support Desk, you must be the person with a user ID or the person whose name was registered as a representative of the reservation.

Additions or Changes

You can make additions and changes through your Reservations & Purchases History. (If the reservation applications period has ended, it may not be possible to change items such as adding more people or changing the time of use.) However, we are unable to accept changes to different Packages such as different visit dates or number of nights stayed. In this event, please purchase another Package and then cancel the unneeded one.
Please also note that additions and changes cannot be made on the Package start date.

 

The information that can be changed through Vacation Package change procedures is as follows.

  • The hotel you will stay at, the room type, and the room allocation.
  • Details and times within each day’s plan
  • *Please note that it may not be possible to make changes if there are no vacant rooms.
  • *A reduction in the number of people staying will be treated as a cancellation and incur the cancellation charges listed above.
