Before You Start

On this website, you can purchase Tokyo Disney Resort Park tickets or reserve rooms at the three Disney Hotels in Tokyo Disney Resort. For details on the Parks and Hotels, please see their websites. Before purchasing tickets or making Hotel reservations, you are required to complete the User Registration. Please read the Terms of Use before registering.

About User Registration

You are required to complete your User Registration before using this website. Please read the “Terms of Use,” and complete your registration. Registered Users may use the “Ticket Purchase” and “Disney Hotel Reservation” services under their registered User name and password.

Accepted Credit Cards To make a payment, you can use the following major credit cards: JCB (the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea); VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card, Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos. (Only Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos cards with the JCB, VISA, MasterCard or American Express brand mark will be accepted.)

Security code
When making purchases with a credit card, we ask that a security code be entered in order to prevent unauthorized use. The last 3 digits printed on the back of the card is the security code.
- For American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is printed on the upper right part on the front side of the card, above the credit card number (for some cards it will be printed on the left).
- Your credit card PIN is different from the security code.
Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure) This website uses Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure) to ensure a higher degree of security for credit card payments. To use this service, you need a password that you create online with your credit card company.

Completing a Transaction

When you complete a transaction (new reservation/purchase, change, or cancellation) with this website, a confirmation e-mail that indicates details of the transaction will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please read the e-mail and confirm details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, or the confirmation e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address does not include the Online Reservations Privileges, your transaction may not have been completed. Please login to this website and check the "My Bookings" page. If your transaction does not appear on this page, it means that it has not been completed. Please redo the transaction.

■You can make up to three bookings, including show restaurants, for the same dining date
(excluding Great American Waffle Co.).
■Priority Seating for restaurants in the Parks or Disney hotels within Tokyo Disney Resort can be booked in advance for one time slot in each meal category (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on the same dining date. (Guests with Online Reservations Privileges or Complimentary Breakfast, can book one time slot for each meal in either the benefits category or the general category, but not both.)

■A reservation for up to eight persons, including children age 3 or under, can be made with one booking. Please be sure to include all children in the search conditions.
■You may be unable to book the restaurant or the time slot you want depending on the availability or other conditions at the time you start the booking process, even if it is within the period for booking.
Please check here for information on temporary restaurant closures.
■Some restaurants limit the amount of time you can stay in the dining area. Please be sure to check when you book a restaurant.

■Making a booking for the purposes of conducting commercial activities or re-selling the booking is prohibited.
You may be requested to show identification to dine at the restaurant.
Please understand that if we find that a booking has been re-sold, we may deny service to the party with the re-sold booking.

All reservations made through this website for stays at a Disney Hotel will require an advanced payment per room at the time the reservation is made. This amount will be received as a deposit, and will be deducted from your final room charge at the time of checkout.
Note: Deposits are considered a part of your room charge, cancellation fees, and penalty charges.
