About User Registration

To use this website, you are required to register for a MyDisney account (free of charge).
Please read the "Terms of Use" before registering. After registering, you can use the website by entering your registered e-mail address and password.

 
Password
Your password must be a combination of 8-25 letters and numbers.
- If you are using a password made up of less than 8 letters and numbers or one that consists of only numbers, please reset it.
- You may use standard letters and numbers, as well as the following symbols: at sign (@), period (.), underscore (_), hyphen (-)
 

Your registered MyDisney account entitles you to various member services on the Disney official website. For more information, visit the Disney official website.

Payments

Disney Hotel Reservations
A deposit is required when reserving a Disney Hotel.
Payment by credit card
(Please settle the on-site payment fee when you come to stay at the Hotel.)

Vacation Package
Payment by credit card.

Booking a Restaurant
Please pay at the restaurant on the dining date.

Booking a Show Restaurant
Payment by credit card.

Reserve at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
All courses require a deposit of 5,000 yen at the time of booking.
The deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation, with the remainder to be paid on your day of visit.

Accepted Credit Cards

In addition to JCB, the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, the following credit cards will be accepted:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card, Orico, Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, AEON CREDIT SERVICE, TOYOTA FINANCE.

  • - Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos only accept cards with the JCB, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express brand marks.
  • - Security is currently being enhanced for credit card use.

Security code

When making purchases with a credit card, we ask that a security code be entered in order to prevent unauthorized use.
The last 3 digits printed on the back of the card is the security code.

  • - For American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is printed on the upper right part on the front side of the card, above the credit card number (for some cards it will be printed on the left).
  • - Your credit card PIN is different from the security code.

Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure)

This website uses Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure) to ensure a higher degree of security for credit card payments. To use this service, you need a password that you create online with your credit card company.
Please note that this authentication service is not available for some credit cards. For details, please check below (you will be redirected to the website of the respective credit card company).

Completing a Transaction

When you complete a transaction (new reservation, change, or cancellation) with this website, a confirmation e-mail that indicates details of the transaction will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please read the e-mail and confirm details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, check the "My Bookings" page. If your transaction does not appear on this page, it means that it has not been completed. Please redo the transaction.
